Terms of service
Successfully placed orders will receive an e-mail confirmation with the order details. Sometimes, this could end up in your spam or junk folders so please remember to check those.
If you do not receive an email or are not able to place an order for some reason, please contact us at oysterbox@dibbabay.com or call 054 438 8537 for assistance.
If your order is delayed and there is no tracking information, please contact oysterbox@dibbabay.com with your order number for us to assist you.
Cancellation & Rescheduling Orders
Once your order is shipped, we will not be able to make any changes to it. New orders will need to be re-submitted.
In case you miss your delivery for any reason, please notify us immediately and we’ll try our best to accommodate you.
We accept order cancellations up until the order is being prepared in our kitchen. A full refund will be granted in this case. No cancellations are possible after an order is shipped.

For event/tour tickets, we accept cancellations with full refunds up to 72 hours before the event. To apply for a cancellation, please email info@dibbabay.com or call 054 438 8537 for assistance.
Damages & Issues
We’re very sorry if something in your delivery is damaged, missing or incorrect.
If something in your order arrives damaged in any way, please email oysterbox@dibbabay.com within an hour of its arrival. Please include your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
Returns & Exchanges
We do not accept exchanges or returns on any items. If you have any questions or issues with your order, please email info@dibbabay.com and we’ll help you the best we can.
