Please note: A box of Dibba Bay oysters has a shelf life of 10 days. Also, make sure to follow the best before date mentioned on the pack.
For storing, simply refrigerate the oyster box in 6-10 degrees celsius (standard refrigeration). Do not remove from refrigeration unless they are to be served immediately.
Only shuck the oysters when you are ready to consume them. Once opened, they can be placed on ice for a maximum of 30 minutes.
Never store your oysters in the freezer.
