Important to note:
- Entry to the tour is only granted for ticket holders.

- Free parking available on site. Transport not included in the price.
- The whole experience will last approximately 1.5 hours
- Please ensure you allow enough travel time to arrive on-site as per your scheduled tour. Ticket holders must arrive 10 minutes prior to their allocated time slot to sign in. The farm is approx 90 mins away from Dubai and about 60 mins from Fujairah city.
- Any late arrivals will not be able to join the tour.
- The experience involves approximately 30 minutes on a boat out at sea.
- Hats, sunscreen, and a refillable water bottle are recommended. Comfortable clothing and shoes should be worn - this is an operating farm!
- Food safety rules require that all visitors undergo a sanitising foot bath, slippers & open footwear are not recommended
Please select a random delivery date and time on checkout and please select the 'PICK UP' option. Once your ticket is purchased, you will receive a confirmation email which you will need to present on the day of the tour at registration desk when you arrive 10 mins before the start of your chosen spot. No physical copies of the tickets will be mailed or be available for pick up.

Farm Tour tickets are non-refundable.
This tour is not recommended for children below the age of 5. If families and parents must bring children under 5, they can only experience the land based tour (without the boat tour). A full priced ticket will apply for the child under 5 as well.
